About Me

Most accomplished athlete in a program history at Fresno Pacific University, Silver medalist NCAA DII2018 with 7 years of coaching experience from beginner to expert at all ages. 
I have over 7 years of experience in coaching swimming working with kids and adults (3-60 y.o.) in educational and competitive swim programs, supervising athletes in swimming technique improvement and watching time improvements during different level swim meets.  Having a 19 years of professional swimming carrier allows me to apply modern methods for achieving better results. Additionally have Lifeguarding/First AID/CPR/AED certification. Currently work at the Bay Club Redwood Shores as a swimming coach.
I had a privilege to swim and compete at Division II for Fresno Pacific University (Pacific West Conference) 2014-2018. 
In last 4 years had became one of the most accomplished athletes in program history as a multiple record holder with total 13 All-American award recognition, Silver medalist NCAA DII Championship 2018, Pac West Conference champion 2015-2018, Swimmer of the Meet Pacific West Conference 2016, National Swimmer of the Week (11/15/2017), PCSC Athlete of the Week (12/7/2017), CSCAA Scholar All-American, and CoSIDA Academic All-District (2017,2018). Additionally 2015 FINA Masters World Champion, Russian Nationals bronze medalist, World Cup semifinalist.
Working with every client first I discuss about client's potential goals and perspectives, then I estimate abilities and skills of a client, and after I create the coaching plan in collaboration with client. 
One swim session usually take 30-45 minutes and consists from dry-land warm up bases on swimming, in water warm up, main part (drills/stroke/speed/ technique improvement). Every session is individual based on a client's swim level and abilities. 
 Novice level - people who have never been introduced to or are uncomfortable in the water. Beginner - individuals who can float and want to learn swimming strokes technique. Intermediate/Advanced - improvement swimming technique, speed, details.
