Hello! I’m Tracey – I’ve been practicing martial arts since I was 5 years old; I’m a 2nd degree black belt in Tae Kwon Do, as well as trained in Muy Thai and Krav Maga. One of my passions in life is to help others elevate their fitness level through martial arts-inspired personal training. I use HIIT boxing bootcamp techniques and 1:1 mitt work to create a fast-paced workout to achieve a variety of your fitness goals.
